CANCELLATION POLICY

**Cancellation Policy** We kindly request at least **24 hours' notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Cancellations made with **less than 24 hours' notice** will result in the **forfeiture of your booking deposit**. * Clients who **fail to show up** for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit **and will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service total**. * Clients arriving more than **15 minutes late** may need to reschedule their appointment, and the booking deposit may be forfeited. * Booking deposits are **non-refundable** but are applied toward your treatment total when you attend your scheduled appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
